Faith Baptist Church of South Shores is proud to partner with and host Snuggies For the Soul, Inc. SFTS began in 2003. Lindsay Underwood-Farr, while sitting with her grandpa as he was receiving chemo, noticed how cold the patients were when receiving chemotherapy treatments. She decided to make double-layered fleece blankets and donate them to the patients.

Faith Baptist Church of South Shores is proud to partner with Decatur Christian School. DCS is a Pre-K3 through 12th grade school with a biblical Christian foundation. They are a member school with ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International). DCS began in 1973 as a ministry for families in and around Decatur, Illinois, and has over forty churches represented among the students and faculty.
